 Mix:

  • 1 cup of corn oil
  • ½ cup of grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons of dry thyme (Thumus serpyllorum)

Massage the affected parts of the body by rubbing them. Cover the massaged parts with a plastic bag to keep the body heat. For even greater effect put an electric pad on that part, and hold it for five minutes.
